Guide to Upgrading Firmware for Loomee Device via Web Application
Step 0: Plug USB-C to your computer
Plug usb cable to charge port of loomee to your computer
Usb-C port of loomee is also communication port for updating firmware.
When you plug usb cable you will see the new device connected to your pc.
Step 1: Open the Firmware Upgrade Tool
Launch Chrome or Edge browser.
Navigate to firmware.loomee.com.
You'll see the Loomee Firmware Upgrade Tool interface. Click on the
Connect button to start the process.
Step 2: Connecting to Your Device
Once you click on Connect, the application will start searching for available
devices.
The status will change to Connecting... while the tool identifies your loomee device.
Step 3: Select Your Device
A list of available devices will appear. Select your Loomee Smart Booklight from the
list.
Click on the Connect button next to the selected device to establish a connection.
Step 4: Select Your Device and Connect
A list of available devices will appear. Select your Loomee Smart Booklight from the list.
Click on the Connect button next to the selected device to establish a connection.
Step 5: Device Connected
After selecting your device, you should see a confirmation that your device is successfully connected. The interface will show a message indicating the connection status.
Step 6: Update Firmware
Click on the Update Firmware button to start the firmware update process.
The tool will prepare to upload the new firmware to your loomee device.
Step 7: Firmware Update in Progress
You will see a progress bar indicating the status of the firmware update. Please wait until the update is complete. Do not disconnect your device during this process.
Step 8: Firmware Update Successfully Completed
Once the firmware update is completed, you will receive a confirmation message saying Programmed Successfully.
You can now safely disconnect your device and start using your updated Loomee Smart Booklight.
